In 2017 SANHE launched magnetic bearing centrifugal Water chiller together with SKF and HANBELL. We have the advanced large on-line test bench for centrifugal chiller, each unit undergoes a full performance test strictly before delivery to ensure the performance of the final unit.

1.SANHER Magnetic Bearing Centrifugal Chiller Uses Hanbell two-stage magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor, to ensure the excellence performance.

2.High efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor , efficiency up to 97%.

3.High efficiency airborne liquid cooled inverter whose harmonic distortion rate is less than 5%

4.High Efficiency falling film (spray type) evaporator, high efficiency shell-and-tube condenser.

5.Using compound orifice plate as flow control device so that the refrigerant flow rate can be adjusted in time without delay under variable load and conditions.

6.System oil-free design, high efficiency and energy saving without mechanical friction, the running noise is less than 74dB (A).

7.Strong resistance to electromagnetic interference can meet the requirements of different fields.

8.SIEMENS intelligent control system, safety, quick start and easy to operate.

9.The unit can configure the cloud remote monitoring system which can master the operation information of the unit at any time.

Magnetic Bearing Centrifugal Compressor

The magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor adopts active magnetic bearing and special bearing control system, permanent magnet synchronous motor, all closed double stage high strength aluminum alloy impeller, with high performance and long service life.

Falling Film Evaporator

(1)The refrigerant entering the evaporator is sprayed downward from the upper of the heat exchange tube. The liquid refrigerant forms a thin film flowing downward on the tube wall. Since only a layer of liquid refrigerant film is coated on the surface of the heat exchange tube, the heat transfer effect is excellent.

(2)There is only a small amount of liquid refrigerant at the bottom of the evaporator, so the amount of refrigerant filling is low, which is in line with the requirements of environmental protection.

Shell and Tube Condenser

The condenser is divided into two parts by the middle baffle, thus the liquid refrigerant is guided to the housing edge, that can greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the lower half copper pipe. This design is very effective, and the condensing temperature can be reduced by about 0.5 ℃. ~1 ℃.

Liquid Cooled VDF

Efficiency reaches 98%

The PLC-VFD-MBC constitutes a complete negative feedback closed-loop control, real-time regulation of the output frequency and voltage of the inverter circuit, and precise control of the motor speed.

THD is no more than 5%

The inverter has built-in uninterruptible power supply and braking resistor, which ensures the rotor frictionless landing even if the power is suddenly turned off.

Liquid cooled VFD, volume is only half of air-cooled VFD.
